This former hayloft in the hilly border region between Castiglion Fiorentino (25 km) and Città di Castello (22 km) offers something very special. On the ground floor you enter the eat-in kitchen with bathroom via a shady terrace with seating area and barbecue; the upper floor (open space, connected internally by a spiral staircase) offers a large, bright living room with open fireplace and double bed, with direct access to the sun terrace with pool and sun loungers. The large natural plot with seating areas, barbecue and bowling green in the shade of tall oak trees is located slightly above. Everything is very individually designed, private and close to nature, ideal for relaxing as a couple. Within an hour's drive you can reach several Umbrian and Tuscan towns worth visiting, such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Cortona (all around 40-50 km) and Lake Trasimeno with its sandy beaches and small islands (50 km). The owner lives in the villa below and offers breakfast, cleaning and cookery service (local dishes) on request. Shops and restaurants in Badia Petroia (3 km) and Trestina (12 km). Unpaved, steep access road.
