The sea kisses the land. In this apartment you can experience the North Sea from close up. Enjoy the salty air and treat yourself to a couple of relaxing days

There is an annex with a separate storage room for your bicycles and a large shared drying room. The site is right by the Dornumersieler Tief. The terrace with furniture and the large shared lawn with a seating group invite you to relax.

The non-smoking holiday apartment of 45m² is on the ground floor of a little residential complex on a cul-de-sac near the town centre. It was freshly renovated and newly furnished in 2017 and can accommodate two to a maximum of three people.

Everything is nearby and within convenient walking distance: the sandy and grass beach with a children’s playground, football and beach volleyball fields, a surf zone and kite lawn, the heated seawater outdoor pool, the campsite by the North Sea beach and the fishing boat and yacht harbour. You can find restaurants, cafes and a grocery shop nearby. The North Sea town Dornumersiel is right by the coast, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the islands Baltrum and Langeoog. The centrepiece of Dornumersiel is the idyllic Mahlbusen reservoir lake, which invites you to go strolling, on a boat ride or fishing. SeeparkWest, a modern themed park, connects the fishing village with the harbour and beach area. There are local restaurants and cafes serving regional specialities such as fish, lamb, homemade East Frisian cake and aromatic East Frisian tea.

    “Alles in allem in Ordnung. Positiv: Sehr gute Ausstattung.sehr modern und gut aufgeteilt. Negativ: Baustelle direkt daneben, Rolladen hat geklemmt,Wasserhahn konnte nur mit zwei Händen betätigt werden, schrecklicher Geruch, der auch nach Lüften nicht weg war, Türschloss ging nicht richtig. Auch nach Reklamation, wurden Schäden während des Urlaubs nicht behoben.”

    “Wir freuen uns, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt hatten. W-Lan ist nicht in der Objektbeschreibung aufgeführt und wird daher auch nicht offeriert.”

    “Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist gut und umfassend. Nur der Reinigungszustand hat uns verwundert, da ja vermutlich auch unser Vormieter die Endreingung bezahlen musste. Der Staub auf dem Fernseher war sicher nicht von einer Woche , da wir dort eine Nachricht für das Putzteam hinterlassen konnten. Der Zustand der Terasse war auch nicht so erfreulich. Über der Tür ist ein Vogelnest, dementsprechend sieht es vor der Tür aus. Das Unkraut hat sich trotz der analtenden Hitze prächtig entwickelt (oder sollte es sich dort schon länger befinden?) Leider kann ich keine Bilder einstellen, die meine Erläuterungen belegen.
    Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub in einer guten Wohnung.”

    erst nach Reklamation begehbar .Die "Terrasse " war nicht begehbar weil verschmutzt und voll Unkraut, Die "Möbel"mit Vogelkot beschmutzt.
    Es gab kein Toilettenpapier, man sollte also nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen
