Unique holiday villa " Relaxing by space, peace and nature".

We will try to take you to the holiday feeling of Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. First of all, of course, there is the villa. This stands on a plot of about 1000 m2 and is bordered by water on two sides. The plot is completely closed so that your pet can freely enjoy.

The terrace at the back gives a wonderful view over the Lake and invites you to close your eyes and enjoy the silence and the pure fresh air.

The villa is surprisingly spacious and offer enough space for six people. Because the Zeeuws-Flemish have a Burgundian impact, the kitchen is one of the most important areas. This is as complete as possible and borders the cozy living room where by less good weather it is also pleasant to stay. Also in the living room there is the necessary equipment. For example, there is a flat screen TV, cd player and radio. The TV is interactive performed with a wide choice of channels.

Daytrips to Bruges, Ghent, Rotterdam, shopping in Sluis (also sunday all open), Antwerp and Plopsaland de Panne.

Direct surroudings: Several playinggrounds, Tenniscourt, Jeu de Boule, Fishing pond, Beaches and Hiking route "Het Ommetje". A little further (by car up to 5 min.): Fishing port Breskens, Nature reserve  de Waterdunnen, Groede and Ijzendijke, Beautiful North Sea beaches, Musea at IJzendijke en Breskens and the Cheese farm de Vos in Hoofdplaat.

    “Ich kann das Ferienhaus auf Grund der Lage, der gepflegten Umgebung, der kurzen Wege zum kleinen Strand und ins Dorf Hoofdplaat, nur empfehlen. Für Hundebesitzer und Kinder, Fahrradfahrer und Spaziergänger gleichermaßen sehr geeignet.
    Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Positiv: Die Lage des Ferienhauses war optimal.Der gepflegte Garten und die Aussicht wunderbar.
    Mein Mann konnte vom Grundstück aus angeln und dabei entspannen, unser Hund sich austoben.
    Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses war modern und sehr geschmackvoll.
    Die Ausstattung sehr gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch unsere Enkelin - ein Stadtkind - war begeistert. Negativ: Die Wendeltreppe ins OG wollte unsere Tibetterrierin absolut nicht benutzen, daher musste sie immer hochgetragen werden.”

    “Wir ( 4 Frauen und 3 Hunde ) haben eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Dieses Haus auf einem traumhaften Areal ließ keine Wünsche offen.
    Es war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, picobello sauber und enthielt alle wichtigen Küchenutensilien in mehr als ausreichender Anzahl.
    Auch der Garten war sehr gepflegt, auf der Terrasse befanden sich schöne Gartenmöbel und Sonnenliegen.
    Die netten Vermieter hatten ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen. Praktisch auch, dass Sie in Hoofdplaat wohnen.”

    “Super, alles sauber und gut. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Telefonisch bei Fragen erreichbar. VOM Haus kurzer Weg zum Deich. Ok für schnell Gassi gehen ausserhalb der Ferienanlage. Schönes Grundstück, 2 Seiten am Teich/See der Anlage. Zaun war dicht. Zum Wasser offen. Unsere drei Hunde konnten nicht abhauen”
