It is surounded by properties of similar or larger size, ensuring privacy and relative quietness. Its elevated location affords an unfettered view southward across the valley and over to the dominant Massif des Maures, which forms a natural barrier between the Mediterranean Sea and the hinterland. 200 square metres of carefully appointed, fully air-conditioned living and sleeping area, including a spacious kitchen with a gas stove for gourmet chefs, compete with the two large terraces, the extensive pool deck and the flowering gardens for your attention.
This tastefully appointed villa has four spacious bedrooms, each with its own washroom. The two bedrooms on the main floor each have bidets and their own toilets. All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with air-conditioning (separate charge). The living room and master bedroom have additionally ultra-silent ceiling fans.
The generous living area with an open-beamed ceiling and traditional fireplace invites you to spend many hours in good company with family and friends. On hot days, the air-conditioning and /or ceiling fan will cool the room, while on cool days, the floor-heating throughout the main floor will deliver a warm and cosy atmosphere. The house is equipped with ultra-fast (fibre-optics) Internet. Satellite-TV and stereo system will entertain you when you are not in the mood to explore the surroundings. A bright, friendly dining area adjoins the salon. The large dining room table not only serves to host generous dinners for family and friends, but also to play, or for night-long discussions of the affairs of the world over a glass of wine (or two). The same is also true, of course, for the two partially covered terraces, where you can lounge in the shade or bask in the sun as you please, and where you can enjoy sultry summer evenings with a barbeque feast. The house has several indoor and outdoor games available, including table-tennis, baby foot and boule for the more competitive-spirited. For babies and toddlers, there is a highchair and crib bed on hand.
The bright and colourful semi-open kitchen leaves, in terms of equipment, little to wish for. It is well-equipped to cook a gourmet-dinner for eight or more, or to serve a quick in-between snack for the family. The top-of-the-line gas range is the dream of every hobby cook. Microwave, icecube maker, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine & co. make life in the kitchen easy. Out on the terrace, you will find a gas BBQ to treat family and friends to a tasty piece of meat or a fish fresh from the market.
The extensive deck surrounding the generous 10 x 6 metre saltwater pool offers plenty of space to laze in the sun or enjoy the summer day in the shade of an umbrella.
