Superb mini villa with infinity pool, 300 m from a great sandy beach

DAFFODIL, the perfect mini villa with private infinity pool for 3 people. Comfortable, well furnished and luxuriously equipped, close to a great sandy beach, shops and restaurants located in a popular holiday village - all facilities to hand with no need for a car.

The house is on one level, it is designed with 1 bedroom with a shower and toilet room and patio doors to a veranda and access to a private garden with swimming pool. Furthermore, a living room with open kitchen, the living room has a sofa that also serves as a double sofa bed.The living area is separated from the bedroom by a bar that can not be closed.There is air conditioning, wifi and satellite TV available (with all Dutch and many European channels and also with Netflix). The garden starts with patio doors to a beautiful spacious veranda with a lounge set where you can relax.The fenced garden offers you privacy and is equipped with natural stone, private swimming pool (01-05 to 31-10), lighting, 2 sun beds with parasol, various garden seats and lounge set, barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The fully fenced garden has various seating areas to sit in the sun or in the shade. The veranda is equipped with a lovely lounge set for relaxed lounging until the late hours. The garden also features a private infinity pool and an outdoor shower.

The cottage is very suitable for couples. The location means that a car is not really necessary, but it is recommended to discover the beautiful island.

The sea is 300 m from the cottage and the beautiful sandy beaches on both sides of the village are about a 10-minute walk from our cottage. The restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance about 400/500 m from the house. A doctor is also located in the village. St. George South is located on the southwest coast of the island. St George known as the 'sun set bay' is about 30 km from Corfu Town. Accessible by just a road that winds through dense olive groves, St George was once just a small fishing community. Today it still retains much of its charm and boasts three beautiful sandy beaches, St George Beach, Issos Beach and Halikouna Beach. Halikouna, the longest of the three is pure sand stretching for over a mile attracting tourists and locals from all over Corfu. Stretching a little further over the sand dunes and desert-like shoreline is Lake Korission, which spans an expanse of 1,500 acres. The lake or lagoon here is a nature reserve and home to many rare bird species - ideal for walking and being close to nature, as well as a turtle nesting area. This is truly a magical place where sea and sand harmonize. As the day draws to a close and the beaches start to empty, you can join the locals in the tavernas, taste the local wine and delicious food! The Island of Corfu: Greece's 'emerald green island', known to the Greeks as Kerkyra, beautiful lush green hills where you can find an array of colorful flowers and extensive olive groves and vineyards. Sunny days, cool night breezes, friendly locals and a fascinating history are just some of the memories you will take home with you. Steeped in history, both the Venetians and the British occupied Corfu and you will still find plenty of evidence of their architecture and governance here. The cricket ground in Corfu Town is just one of many interesting and quirky sights. Corfu Town was built between two fortresses during the Venetian rule and is one of the most beautiful, impressive and interesting towns in Greece. The population of Corfu Town is about 35,000, and is quite cosmopolitan compared to other islands in Greece. It's a great mix of old tavernas, new cafes, bars and clubs plus the beautiful old town protected by the two fortresses.
