Flat No. 8 Absence

The flats were built according to modern construction criteria (earthquake-proof) and furnished with holiday furniture. The flat is located on the ground floor and is approximately 45 square metres in size and consists of the following rooms: a living room with a flat screen TV and a foldaway bunk bed (sleeps 2), a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dining area, followed by a hallway where other rooms are located: a bedroom (next to the living room) with a double bed; and finally an adjoining bathroom (with shower, bidet, toilet) for a maximum total of 4 beds.

Outside, the flat has a terrace equipped with table furniture and 4 chairs, (where you can eat) and a garden exclusive to the flat, which is surrounded by a flower bed with two deck chairs for sunbathing.
The property, which can be reached from via Gardesana (the main road that runs along the lake), has a covered garage with one parking space for each flat, reception and a communal swimming pool. To explore the surrounding area, especially after the construction of the cycle path along the lake, you can rent bicycles from us. Depending on the type, normal or electric, city bike or mountain bike, and with the rental of any accessories (helmet, basket, chain, padlock, battery charger or insurance for damage to property or persons) a fee may be charged on site.

The village and beach are about 150 m away and can be reached via a footpath adjacent to the complex. In the centre of the village/town with restaurants and a supermarket there is a boat stop and also a bus stop. .
Two good reasons to choose this flat:
- It is located in a strategic area that allows you to reach the mountain paths and always through a path, on foot or by bike, you can reach the village centre where there is a bus and boat stop. In a few minutes you can also reach the beach for sunbathing and reach the Acquafresca sailing centre, or walk or cycle along the new lakeside to Malcesine (to the north) or to Castelletto (to the south);
