The beautifully restored Villa Ses Planes is located off a small road on a wonderfully idyllic plot. Here you can experience an all-round relaxing holiday in a wonderfully quiet, secluded location far away from the hustle and bustle. In this corner of the world, you live in complete seclusion and without direct neighbours. When restoring the 600-year-old property, the owners remained true to the Mallorcan style and were able to preserve the original flair without having to forego modern amenities. Surrounded by olive, lemon and almond trees, there are many beautiful places to discover outside the villa. The seating area is very cosy and has an appealingly rustic and romantic feel thanks to the lush greenery. Right next to the house, with a view of the pool, you can spend hours under the thatched roof, where wooden seats offer you an enchanting spot. But that's not all that awaits you here: Take a seat under one of the parasols or enjoy the Mediterranean light on one of the other furnished seating areas. Elegant chairs and benches as well as comfortable loungers are available in this courtyard-like area for your own personal moments. If you fancy a bit of action, you can play a game of table tennis at the covered table tennis table. No question: you have to spend time by the pool. Especially on hot Mallorcan days, you will appreciate the cool water and perhaps spend time between the sun lounger and the water. The 8-metre pool, designed with blue mosaic stones, is easily accessible via a corner staircase and varies in depth between 1.10 and 1.80 metres. The surrounding natural stone terrace and the beautiful straw parasols give this area an authentic and original ambience. There is enough space in front of the house for several hire cars.

As soon as you enter the Mallorcan house, there is a very cosy atmosphere and those who love authenticity and traditional charm will be immediately impressed. Lots of natural stone, thick walls, classic exposed beam ceilings and Spanish decorations contribute to this individual flair, in which you will quickly feel at home. You can still see the centuries-old mill and the former feeding trough! On the ground floor there is a bedroom and two bathrooms (one en-suite) as well as an elegant dining room where you can dine indoors surrounded by natural stone walls. In the original, old kitchen you will find a cosy spot by the fireplace where you can sit together for a romantic evening and gaze into the crackling flames. In the other kitchen you can prepare your meals and is fully equipped so that you can continue to cater for yourself without any problems. The stone sink is a real eye-catcher! Right next to the impressive grain mill is another large dining table where everyone can sit comfortably. On the top floor there is a living room with another fireplace. Here you can watch TV, read a good book or have a good chat. There are also three bedrooms and a third bathroom on this floor. The bedroom offers great relaxation zones in a classic design for the night or for a siesta; there is a total of one 1.50 x 1.90 metre bed and four 0.90 x 1.90 metre beds to choose from.

The very authentic Villa Ses Planes is situated in a marvellous secluded location on a 17,000 m² plot just 2 km south of Búger, where you will find small supermarkets, bars and restaurants. On Sundays you can go to the weekly market in Sa Pobla (6 km). The popular beaches on the Bay of Alcúdia, including Can Picafort and Platja de Muro, are only a short drive away in a hire car.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 30. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
