Antique palazzo from the 17th century, located on the lake and with private beach and common pool. The building consists of 28 apartments of various sizes (among which offers: IVM116-117-119-132-133 and IVM135), all modern and practically furnished, with balcony or garden patio. Private parking (subject to availability) at 500 meters. Alternatively, there is a paid parking lot 150 meters away. For loading and unloading of luggage it is allowed to drive by car up to the residence. The photos are examples. Baby cot/high chair on request (g.payment). Availability of e-bikes (g.payment) and a charging station for electric cars in the parking lot of the complex. Arrival no later than 6 pm.

    “Gepflegtes Objekt mit etwa 25 Ferienwohnungen in einer sehr schön renovierten, alten Villa. Die Lage direkt am See ist traumhaft und alle Wohnungen haben Seeblick. Von der Sonnenterrasse mit Pool kann man auch direkt in den See steigen. Allerdings ist der Wasserzugang verbesserungswürdig (rostige Treppe und recht grobe Steine direkt beim Einstieg im Wasser).
    Lage direkt and der Straße bedeutet in der Hauptsaisson eine gewisse Lärmbelastung, die sich jedoch in Grenzen hält.”
