Rustic house of 360 m2, located in the countryside, in a very quiet place, ideal for families, with a lot of privacy, located very close to the Ses Palmeres urbanization, and 3 kms from the beach of Cala Blava.
It is also very close to El Arenal Beach.
It has free Wi-Fi, and table tennis.
It is a building, with Majorcan style, renovated, very spacious, with a large porch with table and chairs, private pool of 10 x 5 meters, with views of nature, garden with grass and natural, barbecue, free private parking for 6 cars.
The house is only built on the ground floor. There are 5 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and 5 en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has air conditioning and ceiling fan.
