    “Alt for smalle etagesenge i det ene soverum - som i sig selv nok var smallere end loven tillader. Ingen dør ind til det andet soverum. Fejl på varmeplade på kaffemaskine. Fejl på den ene kogeplade - der var kun 2! I det hele taget elendig mulighed for tilberedning af mad.
    Gulvet under badeværelset var delvist rådnet væk hvilket bevirkede at der var "bløde lavninger" i gulvbelægningen i hvilke der samlede sig store vandpytter. Septiktanken var åbenbart for lille idet ejeren opfordrede os til at bruge det gamle das! Her var der hverken vinduer eller elektrisk lys.
