The exterior is dominated by an outdoor swimming pool with salt water (without chlorine) and an equipped sunbathing area. The rooms are located on the first floor and the open kitchen with a living room and dining room on the ground floor give a feeling of spaciousness. The house is equipped with a heating system and underfloor heating, and it is also possible to deliver local food from local farms.
