The apartment is on the 5th floor of a building with elevator. It is near public parking, 400 metres from Cannes railway station, 4 km from the A8 motorway and 10 minutes walk from the beaches, the Boulevard, the Croisette, the Cannes Palace of Festivals, and the Casino.
