The detached villa built in 1930, was renovated in 2012 and is furnished in a modern, rustic and luxury style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over woods from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Golaš. The villa is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
