Vacation house Kobyli Las

This is a vacation house located in Kashubian Switzerland. The property is in a quiet area. Next to it is the owner’s house which is also used in the season.The apartment is located in a smaller adjoining house where the ground floor is used as the storage space. The apartment has a separate entrance; there is a kitchen with a separate dining area and living room, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and dressing room with storage shelves. The property has its own forest and numerous plantations. There are opportunities for mushroom picking, relaxing in the orchard, Nordic walking, jogging, cycling, swimming or just listening to , admiring and enjoying nature.The property borders the Kashubian Landscape Park with its many nature reserves. Many interesting attractions and objects are located within a radius of 60 kilometers, i.e. in less than an hour away by car. Within this distance you can reach Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia, as well as the Baltic Sea or other cities with numerous tourist attractions, such as Kościerzyna, Bytów, Kartuzy and Wejherowo. The place is ideal for cyclists and hikers as there are a lot of hiking and cycling trails- these include The Kashubian Landscape Park hiking trails with its picturesque nature reserves such as Lubygość, Szczelina Lechicka and Kurze Grzędy. Location description: The property is located in a tiny residential area , part of the Kobylasz village in the Linia municipality , in the Wejherowo district, Pomorskie voivodeship. This part of Kashubia is rarely visited by tourists, but that doesn’t mean it’s less attractive. Only a small number of visitors to the region means you can relax from hustle and bustle, enjoy the singing birds and the rustling of trees. The Igrzyczno village is small and comprises only 3 estates. It is away from concentrated development of usual residential and vacation resorts. The immediate vicinity is the wooded north of the Kashubian Landscape Park. The Kobyli Las estate is located on a slight hill overlooking the meadows with ponds, farmlands and forest in the background. In the meadow you can watch cranes and listen to their singing.The Kobyli Las estate can be reached through Linia village in the direction towards Potęgowo. From the intersection in Linia in the direction towards Potęgowo , drive about 2 kilometers on an asphalt road. As soon as you see a large cross on the the right side, turn left onto a dirt road. After about 400 meters of driving through the forest you will see houses with green roofs on the left- keep going straight , pass by the cross then drive slightly uphill and you will reach the front gate of Kobyli Las estate. Shops with basic groceries and household items, a pharmacy, a church and a city hall can be found in the vicinity of 3 kilometers. So you can swap your car for a bike ride or go on a hike through the forest. Other sports and leisure activities:The property has its own forest and numerous plantations, which is particularly interesting for mushroom pickers. In addition, there is a sports field where you can play volleyball or badminton. In summer a swimming pool of 2m diameter is set up. For guests there is a fireplace with shelter and a grill. The property is located 750 m (as the crow flies) from the Potęgowskie Lake, where you can fish. Access to the lake is possible for our guests in a former vacation resort which is now privately owned. When fishing, you can use a provided rowing boat or the jetty. In addition, you can use the unsupervised swimming area near the jetty. The resort is accessible by car, which can be parked on site, or by a 20-minute walk through the forest.     “Positiv: Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, findet hier das passende Fleckchen. Sehr netter und sympathischer Vermieter. Wir sind super erholt heim gekommen. Vielen Dank Restaurant: Pirogarnia Mandu - Leckere polnische Küche und toller Service. Die Kellner sprechen gut Englisch. Sehr zu empfehlen die Piroggen mit Käse. Ausflüge: Danzig Innenstadt - Wunderbar am Wasser schlendern. Überall hübsche Cafés und Restaurants. Einfach herrlich.”

    “Man konnte die Seele baumeln lassen und sich einfach entspannen! Der Bereich wo die Sauna und Pool ist, war super gepflegt und ohne das man es mitbekommen hat, wurde immer alles neu aufgefüllt. Wirklich nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter! Wirklich nur zu empfehlen! Positiv: Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben es uns so angenehm wie möglich gemacht! Sehr positiv überrascht war ich davon, dass wir frische Blumen auf dem Tisch hatten und die Vermieter uns den Kühlschrank mit kalten Getränken gefüllt hatten, sowie Eiswürfel, Obstkorb und frischen Eiern bereit gestellt haben. Wirklich sehr nett!”
