Die gepflegte, moderne Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung (30 m²) im 1. Obergeschoß mit einem kombinierten Wohn-/Schlafraum und einer geschlossenen Veranda ist für zwei Personen geeignet. Die Wohnung ist mit hochwertigem Dielenboden ausgestattet. Zur geschmackvollen Ausstattung gehören eine kleine Pantry-Küche (Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Toaster, E-Herd mit 2 Platten und Mikrowelle). Die Veranda mit Blick ins Grüne lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück ein. Der Wohnraum ist neben dem Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank mit zwei Rattan-Sesseln und TV ausgestattet. Bad mit Dusche/WC. Die Erstausstattung Bettwäsche ist im Preis enthalten, Handtücher sind bitte vom Gast mitzubringen. Es ist ein Pkw-Stellplatz pro Wohnung vorhanden. Ein Schuppen zum Einschließen der Fahrräder kann ebenfalls genutzt werden. Eine Grillmöglichkeit ist leider nicht vorhanden. Für Studenten und Lehrlinge gibt es einen Rabatt. Bitte setzen Sie sich diesbezüglich nach der Buchung mit uns in Verbindung.

Zum Strand des Seebades Bansin sind es ca. 300 m. Viele  Restaurants, Bistros und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine Grillmöglichkeit ist leider nicht vorhanden. Ihren Pkw können Sie am Haus parken.
