You live in the Villa Weißbach - Haus Hilda. An imposing Art Nouveau villa from 1903, extensively renovated in 2021. There is a practice for osteopathy in the house, the Greta Garbor apartment on the first floor and the Charlie Chaplin apartment and a rental apartment on the top floor.

The Greta Garbo apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is an apartment with 4 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, a fireplace room and a winter garden lounge.

The large kitchen with a large table offers excellent opportunities for cooking together, cozy game evenings or socializing.

The fireplace room is a living room with an attached balcony. In the fireplace room there is a sofa bed, a functional tiled stove, a media device including a record player and a television. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher and everything you need for cooking.

The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a guest bed with high quality mattresses. There is another balcony at the cozy winter garden.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower and bathtub, as well as a washing machine and a clothes horse. Another toilet is halfway up the stairs.

Conditions:

A deposit of 50% can be charged after booking. You pay the remaining amount by bank transfer at least one week before arrival. Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price. Arrival from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Departure from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. The keys will be handed over personally on arrival. Pets are not allowed.
