This is a spacious cottage with a cozy interior and a window in the living room, from where you can step out onto the open terrace and enjoy the warming rays of the sun with a wonderful view. This simply furnished, but with antique furniture, house offers you a pleasant homey atmosphere. You will stay right by the water, where you can fish without a fishing license or use the pebble beach for swimming. In 800 m you can reach stores and restaurants.

With this domicile you live in the south of Öland and are close to countless services and excursion possibilities. Nearby you will find Öland's animal and amusement park, Eketorp Castle, Alvaret and Ottenby.In an hour you can reach the Borgholm Castle, the royal Solliden and Köpingsvik with its extensive sandy beaches. During an excursion to the north you will experience the Rauken of Byxelkrok, a troll forest and the amusement park Lådbilslandet. Öland is also an island of artists and craftsmen, in several places you will find their stores and studios.
