Holiday House in Comares with Private Pool and Fantastic Views

Gorgeous Villa in the beautiful area of Comares about 30 minutes drive inland from the coast at the Costa del sol. The villa is set in spectacular surrounding and has gardens, terraces and private swimming pool. HEATED SWIMMING POOL ! The villa has 5 bedrooms, (2 in an attached apartment with separate entrance approx 10 metres from the main entrance), 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and big kitchen. The villa is fully equipped for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a table and chairs for dining and sunbeds. There is also a large summer kitchen with BBQ. It is about 5 minute drive from the traditional village of Comares which has bars and restaurants. You can walk in 2 minutes to a local bar/restaurant. The village of Comares, the most beautiful White village in the Axarquia, is delightful. It is 5 minutes, by car, and has bars, banks, shops, bakers, restaurants, Pharmacy and Doctor. There is also an excellent bar/restaurant and small shop in the hamlet of Los Ventorros, which is close to the village of Comares, and a few minutes walk from the villa. Malaga and the city is one hours drive from the house. You can also visit Granada in 90 minutes. The house is perfect for visiting other parts of Andalucia, like, Cordoba, Seville and Ronda. This area of Southern Spain has the best climate of all of Europe and has excellent temperaturas throughout the year. Come and discover the pretty village of Comares and the life of Andalucia. The heated swimming pool is available from April 1 to November 15All our villa’s are situated in wonderful natural environment and quiet village areas. Therefore these houses are ideal for holidays for families and groups who are looking for these characteristics and appreciate them. So please note that the villas are not suitable and available for noisy party holidays.The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove.

It is possible to rent the villa monthly from January to March.

Air conditioning costs: a package per week is included in your stay, after which you pay for what you use.
The air-conditioned swimming pool is open from 1 April to 15 November.
Large terraces surround the swimming pool, all with magnificent views. There is a large outdoor barbecue with sink for cooking outside. There are sunbeds and shady areas. The villa is surrounded by orange, lemon and almond trees, help yourself!

In an outstanding location amidst almond and olive groves and with magnificent views of Mountains, the villa is located on a country road, with a short área from the road to the house. It is a house with a beautiful swimming pool and lovely terraces, some being shaded to enjoy outdoors dinners. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen. All with fantastic views. The house is well equipped and furnished to a excellent standard. Torre del Mar is the nearest beach and is around 30 minutes drive. It has an attractive beach and promenade where you will find bars, restaurants and entertainment for adults and children. Pedregalejo, 5km west of Malaga city centre, is another popular beach and promenade with many bars and restaurants. Nerja with its famous caves and stunning views over the Med are all about 1 hour, and the journey on the coast road from Nerja to Comares is superb!

    “Forkert at huset er til 15 personer. Max 13. Separat lejlighed ikke forbundet med hovedlejlighed og har ikke køkken.
    Vi var 9 personer og var fuldt tilfredse. Flot med 4 badeværelser og stor pool.
    Meget smuk beliggenhed. Huset matcher fint prisen!”
