All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioners, and a TV. The 4th bedroom with a bathroom is located on the ground floor. One part of the ground floor is not rented to tourists, as house owners reside there over the summer. They do not use the private garden with a pool and summer kitchen, as that part is only for guests.
The large property offers a private pool, a wood-burning grill, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a large dining table, a garden, and 3 parking spaces.
The owners live on the ground floor of the house, guests have a private entrance. Guests share with the owners only the parking lot.
