Villa Majestic is located on the sunny island of Hvar, 200 m from the bright and clear sea. This beautiful and rustic beauty represents luxury in the true sense of the word and offers its guests 405 m2 of living space. The area of the entire plot of this villa is 1500 m2, which categorizes it as a spacious and luxurious dream holiday villa with sea view from all rooms! The maximum capacity is 14 people, the optimal capacity is 12. It consists of first floor, first floor and second floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and an outdoor terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy the sun and drink your morning coffee. At the same time you will enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and unspoiled nature. On the terrace there is also a heated pool of 49 m2 and a depth of 1,4 m. Next to it are 14 sun loungers and umbrellas. On the terrace, which is covered with a pergola, there is also a large dining table for 14 people. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room of 120 m2 with a comfortable sofa, a terrace with sea view, a separate entrance and a massive wooden dining table for 14 people. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to prepare your favorite dishes to cheer up your loved ones, and on the covered terrace you can prepare meals on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood. The second floor is adorned with an extra-large private terrace equipped with two sun loungers and a parasol ? an ideal place to enjoy an evening with wine under the stars! The villa has a total of 6 private bathrooms (4 with bathtub and 2 showers) and 1 normal bathroom with shower. As extras you can use an iron, a dryer and a washing machine. If children are coming on vacation together with you, there is a food dispenser and a baby crib in the villa. Massages or concierge services can be arranged upon request. Villa Majestic has an open garden, plenty of space to relax and enjoy, and there are four private parking spaces in the courtyard. The price includes a welcome pack (fruit, water, snacks, welcome drink and drinking water in all rooms), a change of towels and bed linen twice a week or on request and daily maintenance (cleaning, bed linen, villa cleaning ?) ). The island of Hvar is located in Split-Dalmatia County, north of it is the island of Brac and south of it are Vis and Korcula. Its highest peak is St. Nikola (628 m), where the chapel is located.
