Charming traditional stone house Villa Teza Hvar

Villa Teza is located in the charming lavander village of Velo Grablje, approximately 9 km from Hvar town. Velo Grablje, today counting slightly more than ten permanent residents, was in the past century a prosperous village thanks to the production of wine, olive oil, honey and lavender.


Today Velo Grablje is enchanting visitors from all over the world with its traditional stone houses, lavender fields and wonderful view on the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding islands.



Villa Teza is a fully equipped luxury property for two people.

In the wide patio, you can enjoy your day in the hot tub, chilling on the sunchairs, and relaxing with the wonderful view of thw Adriatic sea and surrounding islands.


Free private parking spot is just next to the house.



We do have private parking. Next to the house, there is a family restaurant Zbondini that offers local and traditional dishes. Moreover, just few kilometres away, there are other two restaurants, Alavia and Stori komin. The closest beaches are Milna and Mala Milna, 10 minutes by car. This are is famous among bikers and hikers as well.


Upon agreement, at Villa Teza Hvar is possible to organize unique dining experiences with the freshest seafood and local ingredients.


Also, is possible to organise fishing experiences and arrange private tours (croatiquehvar)


The area is also perfect for biking, thanks to the bike trails, and it is possible to rent a bike and have it delivered at the property.



Welcome to Villa Teza Hvar: a newly restored limestone house from the 19th century in the picturesque lavender village of Velo Grablje.

Villa Teza is the ideal place for enjoy an unforgettable peaceful stay, just few kilometres away from Hvar town.

Villa Teza is the perfect blend of past heritage and modern housing, as it combines natural local materials with the latest luxury comforts.


On the ground floor, the villa has a living room area with charming Chesterfield sofa and couches, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine, as well as a toilet. Next to the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area.

On the first floor, there is a lovely bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with shower. All the furniture is hand made with local materials.

The wide patio offers a mesmerizing Mediterranean feel with its plants, lavender smell and bird singing, with a modern luxury comfort thanks to the hot tub.
