Are you looking for a spacious villa with a beautiful garden, private pool and delightful interior close to tourist towns? With its beautiful stone façade and blue Mediterranean-style shutters, this wonderful villa also looks inviting from the outside. In the middle of the large garden with numerous sun loungers and plenty of parasols for those who prefer to stay in the shade, there is an inviting, large private pool. The pool stretches out so that you can enjoy the beautiful, green panorama of the Istrian hinterland while relaxing on a sun lounger in the midday heat. In the well-kept garden you will also find a barbecue and covered open-air dining area with enough space for communal dinners.
As you enter the villa you will come directly to the staircase area which takes you to the second floor with the bedrooms or to the basement with the entertainment room which offers darts, table tennis and table soccer. On the first floor you will find a large dining room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen that extends into the cozy and trendy living room with fireplace. There are also 3 bedrooms, two with double beds, one with a single bed and an extra bed for an additional guest or various bedroom options. Rooms on the first floor have a direct exit to the pool area so you can wake up with a view of the clear water and green trees in the background.
The second floor with 2 bedrooms, both with elegant private bathrooms integrated into the space. All bedrooms are very elegantly furnished with stylish carefully selected details in harmonious color tones. The wooden beams on the walls add a touch of rustic with the modern flair of the beautiful interior of Villa Carinzia, so you will feel like your dream vacation in Istria starts right!
In 2022, the offer of the villa was extended with an additional wellness area (on request for an extra charge). This is located in a separate building right next to the villa, which offers a new, 20 m² heated indoor pool. The pool is equipped with hydromassage, a counter-current system and a waterfall.
In the wellness area there are also 2 saunas, one Finnish and one Turkish, as well as a separate shower.
In the main house, the cellar area has been converted into a wine cellar where you can taste some liquid delicacies at good prices.This fabulous villa is located in the charming little town of Visnjan, in the western part of the Istrian peninsula. With its convenient location and proximity to tourist towns such as Novigrad (20 km), Porec (16 km) or the slightly further away romantic town of Rovinj (38 km), this is the perfect base for further touring. Although small, Visnjan has a lot to offer with its historical background and many sights (beautiful old town center with churches and walls with bell tower from the 13th century). Near Visnjan you can also visit an observatory, learn about celestial bodies and admire stars. In this area, you can explore the magical Istrian hinterland through cycling tours in nature or eno-gastro excursions. One of the tourist attractions you can visit here is also the Baredine Cave - a karst phenomenon, a geomorphologic natural monument and the first speleological site in Istria that has been open to tourists since 1995. The nearest beach is only 14 km away and within a radius of 1 km from the villa you will also find stores, bars and restaurants.
