A masterpiece of modern architecture, Villa Aria is furnished in such a way as to provide a wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful regions of Croatia. The villa is located on a small hill from which you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the beautiful landscape. Both the construction and the furnishing of the villa play with shapes and colours, resulting in a minimalist but colourful and, above all, inviting and warm combination. The spacious and open floor plan is accompanied by large windows and glass doors that let in plenty of light throughout the day. The villa can accommodate up to 10+2 people and has 5 bedrooms that have been decorated in different styles, from the charming and romantic to the urban and elegant.
If you want to spend a holiday in the sun, in front of the villa there is a large and inviting pool. This unique villa is suitable for both families and large groups, for whom there is also a pool table and darts in the villa.
Villa Aria has been awarded the Eco Domus certificate. The certificate guarantees guests that they are staying in an environmentally friendly villa. In order to obtain the certificate, the villa had to fulfil several conditions (environmentally friendly detergents, recycling etc.). The idea of the project is to make Istria a green region and to limit the impact of holiday homes on the environment. This beautiful Villa Aria is located in the area of Vinjan, 12 km from Pore. In the streets of the old town centre of Vinjan you can experience the spirit of the rich historical heritage. In the surroundings of Vinjan you can taste delicious delicacies and typical Istrian specialities in Istrian taverns. Vinjan is also known for its internationally renowned observatory and as one of the last places in Istria where autochthonous Istrian cattle (Bokarin) are kept. The beautiful town of Pore is known for its culture, tourism, sports and leisure. During your stay in Istria, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the old town centre of Pore or simply enjoy the first beach. With various sports (tennis, beach volleyball, football, horse riding, cycling, hiking, water sports) at your disposal, Pore is an attractive holiday destination.
