The beautiful Villa Majestic Eye with private pool is located near the town of Motovun in central Istria. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the charming mountain town of Motovun and experience the Istrian countryside by spending a relaxing holiday in this beautiful villa.
The interior design of the villa is characterised by white elements in combination with natural tones such as brown and grey, which create a beautiful contrast to the surrounding lush greenery. On the ground floor of the villa, a beautiful large glass door leads from the living room to the terrace with a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. Here you will also find a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, so you can prepare delicious meals or a cup of coffee and enjoy them on the terrace. On the upper floor, you can sleep well in one of the two bedrooms with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both rooms offer a breathtaking view of the surroundings and you will certainly be happy to wake up to such a view every morning.
Put all your everyday worries to one side and simply relax in the villa's beautiful outdoor area. The infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers is very inviting and the perfect place to cool off or get a tan on warm summer days. For all barbecue lovers, there is a charcoal grill where you can prepare your specialities and serve them at the outdoor dining table. After your meal, we recommend you treat yourself to a glass of your favourite drink and enjoy the incredible view. What more could you want for your holiday? the stunningly beautiful medieval hilltop town of Motovun is known as a heritage town and exudes authentic Istrian charm and history spiced with spectacular views over hills covered with vineyards, villages and farmhouses, as well as over the magical Mirna valley. Traditional local festivities as well as the renowned
international film festival are hosted here, enlivening this small, tranquil place. The number of towns and villages to visit is too long to list; here we are in the heart of central Istria, one of the most beautiful places in the world. It is also famous for local Teran and Malvazija grapes, olive oil, homemade cheese, prosciutto, grilled meat and of course truffles, which you can taste in restaurants in the many villages and towns in the region. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most beautiful of which is the historic Parenzana - old railway line, where you can even experience the unique ride on the tourist train along the historic route. Horse riding, a few rounds of golf or simply enjoying the thermal waters of the nearby spa town add to this long list of activities. The main coastal towns of Umag, Novigrad and Porec are easily accessible due to excellent road connections and offer very extensive leisure facilities, good nightlife, bars and restaurants.
