This enchanting premium villa is located in the middle of an idyllic landscape - in a completely restored hamlet, situated on a small hill surrounded by meadows and woods. The hamlet consists of luxury villas and a few family houses.

The interior of the villa is tastefully decorated, with high-quality furniture and attention to detail. The first floor is dominated by a spacious, open room divided into living, dining and cooking areas. The natural, pastel-colored furniture goes hand in hand with the balcony doors, which provide plenty of light in the room. If you take a look at the comfortable sofa next to the elegant fireplace, you will be overcome with the desire to sink into it in the company of a book or an aperitif. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. Three elegantly furnished, cozy bedrooms with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom, are located on the upper floor - two on the second floor and one on the second floor.

The outdoor area of Villa Castagno is just as enchanting as its interior. The stone pool in the garden is framed by comfortable sun loungers, trees and flowers. The garden is exquisite and is tended by a professional gardener. The view of the unspoiled nature of the garden and the entire surroundings of Villa Castagno can be best enjoyed from the covered terrace Located in the small village of Prascari in the municipality of Visnjan, this villa is situated in a fairytale place in the heart of Istria. Surrounded by meadows and forests, the village consists of a few family houses and vacation villas. The completely restored hamlet, peace and quiet of the rural area, untouched nature and an idyllic atmosphere are only part of the charm of this place. The town of Visnjan is only 5 km away from Prascari. Since the days of Venetian rule, Visnjan has served as a well-known trading center where all kinds of agricultural products and tools were sold. Even today, a traditional open market is held on the last Thursday of every month, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria. The ancient terrace on the square, which can be entered through an arch with the motif of the Venetian lion, gives an amazing sea view. Visnjan is a place of special interest for astronomy lovers because of its internationally renowned Astronomical Observatory. The tourist hotspot of Porec is a short drive away. During your stay in our villas near Porec, don't miss the opportunity to visit the Basilica of Euphrasia. It was built in the middle of the 6th century and is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Porec is a city rich in cultural heritage, where the massive city wall stops time and welcomes visitors.
