Our apartment is situated in a holiday region. You can look on the malter dam right from our garden. From there you can also go to the water. In the neighbourhood there is an ice-cream cafe, restaurants and an inside pool wih sauna.

In this apartment you can find a mixture of rustic and modern style. Partly you have the walls out of  sandstone and the tiles are layed in a special roman way, This makes a nice atmosphere. Sitting on your terrace you are in the middle of the garden. Out of the big windowdoors you can see the water. The beds are made of solid wood and the kitchen is high quality. So this is a very special beautiful flat. It is possible to barbecue in the garden and you can use a canoe as well as a SUP.

An advance payment of 30% of the total price will be charged after booking. Payment of the balance will be made by bank transfer one week before arrival. Cancellations will be charged as follows: Up to 49 days before the start of the rental period 10% of the total price, up to 35 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the total price, up to 21 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the total price, up to 14 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the total price. A deposit of 150€ is to be paid within 7 days before arrival. The deposit will be returned up to 7 days after departure. Arrival is possible from 16.00 to 22.00. The departure is possible until 10.00 o'clock. The keys will be handed over personally on arrival or departure. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen, towels, parking and WLAN are available free of charge. Garden with access to the water, bicycle and ski storage, small sandbox, barbecue facilities can be used free of charge. A canoe for 3-4 people can be rented for 12 € (up to two hours).
