Villa Vrana

Villa Vrana, immersed in an idyllic rural setting, is located near the wonderful Vrana Lake, just a 10-minute drive from Pakoštane and 15 minutes from Biograd na moru. With its 120 m2 of surface area, this recently built villa extends over two floors, offering a haven of peace and comfort. The villa boasts a large enclosed garden, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic black and green oak trees.



The ground floor welcomes guests with an entrance hall, a bathroom complete with shower and toilet, a large living room with dining area and an open plan kitchen, carefully designed to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. From here, two large exits lead to the terrace, which offers direct access to the swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4-burner electric hob, fridge with freezer, kettle and extractor hood. A small island with two bar chairs completes the area. The dining area is equipped with a table and six comfortable chairs, while the living area boasts a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioner, iron and ironing board ironing facilities, as well as a magnificent view of the swimming pool.

The entrance leads to a storage room equipped with a washing machine at your disposal.

From the ground floor, an internal staircase leads to the rooms located on the first floor. The first bedroom, with a welcoming beauty corner for ladies, has a double bed and a private bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror, and hairdryer. Bath towels (two per person) and bed linen are provided. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms, both with double beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin with mirror. All bedrooms are equipped with TV and air conditioner. Furthermore, on the first floor, you can enjoy a covered terrace furnished with armchairs and a table, offering a magnificent view of the surrounding nature and, in the distance, of the splendid Vrana Lake.



The swimming pool, with a massage area in the staircase area, has a size of 40 m² and measures 10 m x 4 m. The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower, deck chairs and a table with chairs to spend pleasant evenings with friends, as well as a portable barbecue. The magnificent black and green oak trees, together with a mighty olive tree in the garden, will offer shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. Free parking is located right next to the house.



* Pets are allowed with a maximum of two small pets with a supplement per day per pet payable on arrival in cash to the owner


* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside


* We ask our kind guests:

 

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,


- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,


- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,


- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,


- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs of the damage in cash before departure,


- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the collection of the keys.


* The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 on the last day of the stay.
