The approx. 50 sqm two-room holiday apartment for 2 people + extra bed for one more person is located on the upper floor of the owner's house in the centre of Malchow. Restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities are all within a few hundred metres. Lake Fleesensee is also just a few steps away, and access to the apartment is via a staircase in the communal hallway. However, the apartment is lockable. There is a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio/CD), 1 bedroom (double bed), an open kitchenette (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue facilities and secure storage space for bicycles. There is a free public car park about 50 metres away.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and electricity consumption. Pets are not allowed.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as the island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow, and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbour, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding centre just outside the town. Boat and bicycle hire directly in the town as well as wellness, sports and golf offers in the nearby holiday resort Land Fleesensee round off the tourist attractions.
