This cosy villa features a ground floor with a comfortable living-dining area with a wood stove, and an open kitchen equipped with modern amenities. French windows open onto a terrace and patio, ideal for relaxation and outdoor dining. On this level, three air-conditioned bedrooms provide comfort and tranquillity. Please note, a section of the land is partially fenced, with an unfenced part overlooking the neighbour's garden, home to a small dog.
