Milčetići, 30 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 520 sqm enclosed garden plot with trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Our house is 156 sqm, has a 36 sqm heated pool and has a beautiful sea view from the balcony The house has a perfect location. The distance to the sea is 350 m. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes via a footpath along the sea. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning, electric heating. Facilities: baby cot, high chair, books, dvds or music for children, internet access (WLAN), iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer. TV reception takes place via satellite. The accommodation is set up allergy-free.
