The Cas Bessons townhouse, which is characterised by its modern architectural design, could also be called a house by the sea. Although it is located in the middle of the tranquil holiday resort of Colònia de Sant Pere, it is still only a stone's throw from the sea and you can feel the maritime magic in the design of the gleaming white building. There is plenty of space on the terrace for a dining table, sun loungers, the obligatory parasol and discreetly fragrant greenery and flowering plants. Here you can enjoy stress-free meals in a private atmosphere. If you have indulged in a little too much sun, you can also extend the awning, which offers pleasant protection. A barbecue is available, so you can choose between cooking and barbecuing or simply combine the two. This turns the self-catering part of your holiday into family fun, and that's exactly what this compact holiday home offers, especially as we can offer you an extremely attractive rental price. The natural materials such as terracotta tiles, wooden doors and windows form a modern symbiosis with the white walls, which contrast with the subtle colours of the bedrooms. Subtle decorative items with a pinch of rustic flotsam and jetsam emphasise the pleasant beach atmosphere of this inviting home. It also impresses with a very pleasant, uncluttered, open-plan design of the cosy living room and the fully equipped kitchen with a centrally positioned dining table. A floor-to-ceiling window opens onto the inner courtyard, pleasantly blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. If it gets too warm, close the doors and enjoy the coolness of the air-conditioned living area. At the back of the house you will find the four spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. Cas Bessons is located in the heart of the quiet village of Colònia de Sant Pere, which boasts a harbour with illustrious yachts and numerous fishing boats early in the morning. A stroll along the promenade is worthwhile at any time of day and can be combined with a drink or snack in one of the cosy cafés and restaurants with local flair. Due to its central location in the town centre, you will only need your hire car for excursions, unless they are short hikes or walks. The bay of Alcúdia offers numerous attractive beaches over a length of 16 kilometres. But you should also definitely take a trip to the surrounding medieval towns such as Artà or Capdepera. The house provides several bicycles for a bike tour. The best way to see Mallorca!
