The charming Terra Rotja holiday villa offers plenty of space for up to 11 guests in a beautiful location in the north of Mallorca. Lush, island-typical vegetation and old trees around the house ensure plenty of privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. There is a beautiful, secluded pool terrace, a great, rustic outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a small multi-purpose court for tennis and badminton as well as a basketball hoop. Choose your favourite spot for breakfast at sunrise and convivial meals in one of the many dining areas. The finca is easy to reach and there is good parking space for several cars in front of the house. Incidentally, you are in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours in Mallorca.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by charming, bright and cosy rooms. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with fireplace, a dining room with access to a balcony terrace with mountain views, a fully equipped country kitchen, five individually decorated double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Some of the sleeping areas have direct access to the balcony terrace. The sixth double bedroom is located on the upper floor and has access to another terrace. The holiday home is equipped with air conditioning and heating. There is also stable internet and the option to work from home. Pets are allowed in this finca on request. The farmhouse is located in an elevated, quiet residential area in the Tramuntana mountains in the north of Mallorca. The charming little village of Esporles with shops and restaurants is 5 km away. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails in the surrounding area. Palma can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The spectacular mountain village of Valldemossa is 12 minutes away by car.
