If you can hardly wait to jump into the cool water after your arrival, walk past the house and up a few steps to the rear terrace with pool. Comfortable loungers sweeten the day here, as does a state-of-the-art gas barbecue that is just waiting to be filled with tasty treats from the nearby supermarket. Afterwards, you can take a seat at the wooden table with comfortable rattan chairs and round off the day.
Meanwhile, the house has a roof terrace that offers fantastic views over the entire bay of Alcudia and into the mountains.
A large patio door leads from the pool area directly into the living room with open-plan dining area and passageway to the integrated kitchen. The interior is summery-fresh, stylish and bright. Simple white meets warm wood nuances, an extravagant lamp joins straight-lined wall shelves, works of art in all colours fit perfectly into the picture. A modern TV, an open fireplace and a cosy sofa make this a wonderful place to relax, even on colder evenings. The kitchen, which is slightly separate but still in the same room, is excellently equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine and more. In addition to three beautiful bedrooms with double beds, Villa Mediterra also has three bathrooms (two of which are en suite), so that the morning shower rush is definitely not an issue here.
An easy five-minute walk takes you to the harbour, where you can watch pretty fishing boats and ultra-modern yachts or simply stroll along the beautiful promenade. Conveniently, the beach of Colònia de Sant Pere is just a short walk away. Breakwaters here ensure calm bathing fun and nothing stands in the way of the long-awaited cooling off in the Mediterranean. If you head west, you will soon reach the beach of Son Serra de Marina, whose green dune fields form a natural backdrop. The villa is located directly on Carrer dels Gessamins in the quiet residential neighbourhood of Montferrutx. This means that driving noise can be heard from time to time, but you also benefit from the good connections to the centre of the country.
