Just a few kilometres from the charming town of Artà, Finca Bellpuig is nestled in the gently undulating landscape of the eastern region of Mallorca. The spacious pool area faces south-east, ensuring pleasant morning light and long hours of sunshine. The 10 x 4 metre pool has a gentle slope and a stepped entrance, as well as a comfortable sun terrace with sun loungers and an elegant daybed. The large, covered terrace by the house overlooks the pool and is furnished with cosy seating and a shaded outdoor dining area. The driveway is on the other side of the house and leads to an open car park for two cars. On this side, there is another shaded terrace next to the entrance.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The single-storey living area impresses with its unique architecture and sophisticated room layout. The open-plan living/dining area forms the centre between two symmetrically sized wings. The cosy atmosphere is defined by a high ceiling, a high natural stone wall, plenty of natural daylight and tasteful furnishings. Separate from the living area and equipped to a high standard is the modern, spacious kitchen in one of the wings. Each wing houses two spacious double bedrooms with high sloping ceilings and a bathroom. One wing also has a garage. The finca has stable WiFi, good mobile phone reception and is ideal for working from home. Finca Bellpuig is located around 150 metres from the Ma-15 motorway, so traffic noise can occasionally be heard. However, the good connections also make spontaneous trips to the beach and shopping trips possible.

The rural Villa Bellpuig is less than 10 minutes by car from Artà, where a weekly market is held on Tuesdays and is well worth a visit. There, as well as in Capdepera, 12 km away, you will find other great shopping opportunities as well as great coffee bars and nice restaurants. The nearby Platjas de son Moll, Sa Marjal and Cala Bona are sure to delight beach lovers.
