Villa Alai is a member of Holiways Villas in Crete. A Modern villa set on a hill with gorgeous Sea views. Villa Alai is a new two-story villa, located in Kokkinon Khorion, a well-known destination in Chania the whole year. The accessibility to the sea – within 2km- provides you with the comfort to enjoy the Cretan sea and sun easily within a small driving distance. The property ensures a high-quality vacation with amenities that cope with the ambitions of the most discerning guests.

Indoor facilities
Villa Alai is a two-story villa consisting of three bedrooms, two of them on the upper floor, one with twin beds with a sea view, and another with a king-size canopy bed. The third bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed with a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a communal WC and an ensuite bathroom, and on the upper floor 2 ensuite bathrooms. Luxury and modern design complete the scenery of contemporary architecture and high-quality products. Entering the villa on the ground floor you will find a spacious open area with a fully equipped contemporary kitchen that has branded appliances and facilities, making holiday cooking a most pleasurable experience. The area is completed with a dining room and a living room with a 42’’ Satellite LED TV. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas.

Outdoor facilities
Is there a better place for you during summer vacation rather than lying by the pool and having your tanning session? The swimming pool with a pool area and the lounge space with sofas make the ideal spot to relax while gazing at the gorgeous sunset. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family, a gas BBQ, and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun. The accessibility to the sea is pretty easy, giving you the chance to enjoy the Cretan Sea. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.
