Cosy holiday flat in a beautiful Engadine house in a central and quiet location in the heart of the old part of the village of Scuol. Ski/local bus directly in front of the house.

Living room with open-plan kitchen, two rooms with two or three beds. Swedish stove, underfloor heating, large storage area for sports equipment or similar, washing machine on request. Cosy covered veranda and small garden seating area. 1 parking space directly in front of the house, further free public parking spaces approx. 300 metres away.

The wellness centre Bogn Engiadina can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Ideal for skiing, hiking, biking or wellness holidays in all seasons. Scuol has a varied ski area ideal for families but also for sporty skiers and is located directly at the entrance to the national park, which offers countless hiking and biking opportunities.

Modern 3 1/2 room holiday flat with two bedrooms. Suitable for 4-5 people, additional bedrooms in the old part of the house can be rented on request.
