Das Ferienhaus liegt umgeben von Kastanienbäumen absolut ruhig über dem Lago Maggiore. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Terrasse aus geniesst man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den See!
Die grosse Terrasse verfügt über ein Aussencheminée und einen fest installierten Steintisch mit Sitzbank.
2 Liegestühle können ebenfalls benutzt werden.
Der See ist in wenigen Fahrminuten mit dem Auto erreichbar oder zu Fuss über Treppen in ca.15 Minuten.
