For vacationers who want to be undisturbed and seek peace and closeness to nature, this vacation home at 750m altitude is just right, especially in the hot season. Rustic furnishings, living room with fireplace and exit to the balcony with sitting area. The second bathroom on the ground floor is only accessible via an external staircase.
To the house belongs a spacious natural plot with covered seating area, barbecue and pizza oven, carport and children's paddling pool. Ideal for relaxing, hiking and for excursions to Arezzo (35km) and Lake Trasimeno (25km). Cortona 9km. Unpaved access.

    “Une maison très propre, entretenue avec soin par une propriétaire charmante. Sa fille Michela parle anglais et est venue nous chercher à Cortona. La maison est à 8 minutes de la ville dans la montagne et offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée. Entourée de bois, le calme est total et les 5-6 degrés de moins bienvenus.Équipement tout à fait satisfaisant, super barbecue. Notre seul bémol est que le site est novasol est tout en allemand sans traduction en anglais. Les directions données pour arriver sur place incluait des coordonnées GPS qui nous ont en fait envoyé dans le centre de Cortona, ce qui est parfaitement inutile!!! Ceci devrait être corrigé bientôt.”
