Holiday apartment with balcony to the south

The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family home built in 1979, was renovated in 2010 and is furnished in a typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the mountains from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, sandpit, terrace and garden furniture. Breakfast can be booked on site, bread roll service.

    “Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, regelmäßiger Wäschewechsel, gemütlich. Nicht zu empfehlen für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung oder alte Menschen, da die Ferienwohnung im zweiten Stock gelegen ist, mit steiler Treppe, sonst alles super. Wir haben nichts vermisst, alles in Ordnung.”

    “Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb von Immenstadt in ruhiger Lage und ist leicht zu erreichen. Vom Ferienhaus aus kann man in drei Richtungen alle schönen und interessanten Ziele in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung erreichen. Es ist ein schönes Haus, die Wohnung, die meine Familie (4 Personen) bewohnte, war mit zwei Zimmer mit jeweils zugehöriger Dusche und Waschbecken sowie einer Wohnküche, Toilette und einer gesonderten Garderobe ausreichend groß. Das Haus war von mehreren Familien bewoht, ohne, dass wir untereinander gestört wurden. Besonders gut empfanden wir die tägliche Brötchenlieferung, die auch zeitig genug kam, sodass wir auch frühzeitig zu unseren Unternehmungen aufbrechen konnten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen und bekamen gute Hinweise für unsere Unternehmungen. Dieses Haus mit seinen Ferienwohnungen ist absolut zu empfehlen.”
