Large apartment in beautiful bay with amazing views

This seafront 3 bedroom apartment is located on Spinola Bay, St Julians, and enjoys spectacular views of Spinola and Balluta Bay from its seafront balcony.The apartment is served by a lift, is fully equipped, highly finished and furnished. It has three bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms and a spacious kitchen dining living room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The first bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower. The second bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery, and dishes. Apartment is fully air conditioned.In the living there is a nice sofa and television with IPTV, therefore one has a variety of channels to choose from. In the apartment, you will also find fans in all the rooms, iron and ironing board, microwave oven, and automatic washing machine.It is very romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset. The Seafront Closed Balcony is quite big and has a table with chairs. The back balcony is ideal for smokers. Location:The Spinola Bay apartments block is ideally situated within walking distance of shops, cafes, very good restaurants, wine bars, Casinos, clubs, within a few meters from the Sliema popular shopping centre, cafes, bars, and restaurants that offer a wide variety of entertainment and relaxation. And it is conveniently located next to various bus stops, which allows full mobility to the entire island.Other amenities like supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, fast food outlets like McDonald’s, McCafé, Pizza Hut are all within close walking distance. For the evening one can also enjoy a nice relaxing walk at the Portomaso Yacht Marina or enjoy the nightlife in Paceville since both are within walking distance from the apartment.The capital city Valletta is only 10 minutes by bus away. It is very nice and romantic to have dinner in one of the many international restaurants located around the bay of Spinola. This apartment is within 15 minutes from Paceville, which is an area full with bars, restaurants, discos, nightclubs, cinemas and shopping complexes, etc. The best sandy beaches in Malta, as all the other tourist attractions are only one bus away. The bus stop is close to the apartment. In fact there are many various options for swimming. One can either swim in one of the rocky beaches close by or else at the sandy beach of St Georges Bay which is just a few meters away from the apartment. Other sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Golden Bay, Paradise Bay, Gnejna Bay are easily reached by bus. From a jetty in Sliema you can take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago, like Gozo and Comino. The apartment is also very close to the supermarket and the town of Sliema. In Sliema there are the best fashion outlets and ferries and one day cruise boats to the famous Blue Lagoon and to other hot sandy beaches and small islands in the Maltese archipelago. The owners are full time on the properties and so can offer a great service and a 24/7 support during your stay in Malta. In addition, help with airport transfers is offered and tips on which are the best places to visit and the best activities to do in Malta will be given.

    “Schoon en ruim appartement op de 5e verdieping. Prachtig uitzicht op Spinola bay en de zee. Dichtbij prima restaurants en supermarkt. Geen hinder van straatlawaai. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Host Ruth was bijna 24/7 bereikbaar via WhatsApp met raad & daad en goede tips.
    Er is een grote slaapkamer voor 5 personen, heel gezellig! Fijn ook dat er 2 badkamers zijn en in totaal 3 wc's. De kleinste inpandige kamer met slechts een klein raam voor ventilatie vonden we ietwat benauwd, daarom hebben we de twee 1persoonsbedden uit deze kamer naar de woonkamer getild. Dat ging prima. Woonkamer is groot genoeg. Ook fijn waren de 2 tafels aanelkaar die plek genoeg boden voor ons allemaal (niet alleen fijn voor ontbijt of avondeten, maar ook als we een spelletje speelden), net zoals de 2 banken in de kamer. Wifi was perfect! En de keuken van bijna alle gemakken voorzien (we misten alleen een koffiezetapparaat en een goede theedoek).”
