Holiday house in a unique location by the sea, with a view of a bay, with terraces and parking space

This detached villa is right by the sea and a beautiful swimming bay in Tricase Porto, about 27km from Otranto. The villa is surrounded by lovely Mediterranean vegetation and is in one of the most beautiful parts of Puglia.

The villa has a stylish decor and provides wireless Internet access, a stereo system and a TV with a satellite receiver. There is a big living room with a dining table and a sofa, as well as a rocking chair. An open fireplace creates a rustic and cosy atmosphere. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds. The kitchen has a gas stove and an oven, a dishwasher and everything you need for preparing meals. The bathroom comprises a free-standing bath, a shower and WC. The interior is functional and especially the bathroom has an original décor. Air conditioning is available.

The terraces afford a lovely view of the sea and the creek and you can lie in the sun here or use the grill and dine outdoors. You can cool off under the outdoor shower and many loungers and a hammock invite you to relax. A roofed parking space is available for your car. The property has a swimming pool with sea view outside for common use.

It is an ideal place for a holiday away from mass tourism, surrounded by the singing of birds and the sound of the sea. You can recharge your batteries here. You can swim in the sea, accessed along private steps, or visit one of the many beaches in the area. The area has a wealth of places worth visiting, such as Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, Gallipoli and Lecce with its famous sandy beaches and the baroque old town. Many grottoes, pine forests by sandy beaches and restaurants are waiting to be explored.

    “Das Haus liegt an einem Steilhang oberhalb einer wunderschönen Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser. Es gibt eine private Treppe herunter in die Bucht, die Küste ist allerdings felsig bis zur Wasserlinie und erfordert einiges an Balance. Der Blick vom Haus ist atemberaubend, auch noch nach 10 Tagen.
    Das Haus ist klassisch angelegt, mit Tonnengewölbedecke und weiß blauer Farbgebung. Die Ausstattung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig, das Küchendesign mit den Spiegelschränken grandios. Hervorragende Fenster und elektrische Jalousien lassen das Raumklima prima einstellen.
    Das Haus hat ein Flachdach mit Terrasse und auf dem Flachdach gibt es eine kleine Wohnung. Wenn diese vermietet ist, dann leidet leider die Privatsphäre deutlich weil die anderen Terrassen des Hauses von der Wohnung einsehbar sind. Ansonsten ist man wunderbar alleine und kann auch die wunderbare Außendusche hinter dem Haus nutzen.”

    “I letti, le sedie e i tavoli sono vecchi, la cucina sarebbe da rottamare; alla televisione non si vedono i canali più importanti, ma ciò non era per noi un problema. I parcheggi sono in commune con un’altra struttura e abbiamo dovuto discutere a lungo con un signore per poter parcheggaire. Abbiamo pagato euro 2171 per una settimana di vacanza, quindi non vogliamo dover risolvere problemi che non sono nostri. In compenso la posizione è favolosa.”

    “La Villa è di alto livello e il Signor Martignon ha altri motivi suoi per dar pareri personali di cattivo gusto.
    Egli non si è comportato educatamente con gli altri utenti dei parcheggi, pretendendo di parcheggiare molte auto e moto in un parcheggio unico dedicato alla villa a lui affittata. Diciamo che i proprietari di altre ville erano scontenti che lui e i suoi amici avessero occupato abusivamente tutti i parcheggi non di loro pertinenza.
    Non avremo piacere di ospitare una altra volta questo ospite.”

    “Unser Aufenthalt war angenehm und sehr ruhig. Die fantastische Blick auf das Meer ist schon etwas Besonderes. Der Weg zum Haus erfolgt über viele Treppenstufen unterhalb der Küstenstraße. Die Straße ist aber kaum hörbar und nicht störend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ausreichend, alles ist vorhanden, jedoch nicht auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Die Möbel und Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr einfach und stark beansprucht und könnten entsprechend besser sein. Der Vermieter war sehr höflich und besonders bemüht. Das Haus liegt ein wenig abgelegen. Zum Hafen sind 3 Minuten Fahrtzeit mit dem Auto notwendig. Einkauf im Hauptort, mit dem Auto ca. 5-10 Minuten.”

    Ich würde gerne wissen, was Sie Möbel nicht geschätzt, so dass die nächste Saison wird alles 'in vollen Zügen genutzt werden.
    Aber ich hoffe, ihr hattet alle schöne Tage der Ruhe "in diesem Paradies.

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist ausgezeichnet. Klimaanlage, bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, alles vorhanden und in guten Zustand. WLAN für Internet ist vorhanden. Der Besitzer ist um einen angenehmen Aufenthalt sehr bemüht. Ein abgeschlossener Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Einzig die Matratzen der Betten sind sehr hart.
    Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Zugang zum Meer ist vorhanden, Sandstrände sind in 30min zu erreichen.”
