The holiday house complex PARADIES is in a beautiful hillside location, directly above the coast and adjoining to the seashore with its own access to the beach. The holiday houses are surrounded by numerous bushes, flower and olive trees and offer a beautiful wide sea view across the Messenian Gulf up to the opposite coast of Peloponnese and the Taygetos Mountains.
The complex PARADIES has a private access road to the property directly from the coast road of the village and another access above the property via steps to the individual holiday houses. Between the houses and the beach there are children´s swings and storage facilities for surf boards, paddle boats and some more parking spaces under olive trees.
The holiday houses PARADIES are ideal for people who want to spend a casual bathing holiday directly at the seashore. The 7 small holiday houses are grouped in three rows due to the steep hillside situation of the property. In the top row, approx. 12 steps below the gate, are the holiday houses 1 and 2 next to each other with a distance of 3m between each other. One level below that, approx. 10 steps, there is the holiday house 3 to one side of the staircase and the holiday houses 7 and 4 to the other side. In front of the middle row, approx. 15 steps lower you find the holiday houses 5 and 6 with a distance of 6 m between them, directly at the edge of the olive grove. Just a short stroll along the property you get to the small, private shingle beach of the holiday house complex PARADIES.
This is a very simple and modestly furnished small holiday house. The 1 room is a connecting room with a double bed and a kitchen counter leading to the bedroom with a sliding folding door and the bathroom. Both rooms have direct access to the roofed terrace where you have a wonderful sea view. An additional sunscreen at the terrace provides the necessary shade during the morning as the terrace is facing to the east side. On the property there is also a barbecue for the shared use of all the guests in the holiday houses.
