The holiday house is 200 metres from the Baltic Sea in the little coastal town of Krokås, with a supermarket (500 metres) and bicycle hire (50 metres).
The holiday apartment of around 85m² is for six people and has a sleeping loft flooded with light. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. The living and dining room provides a big corner leather sofa, a table, chairs and a TV with German satellite channels. The house has a glass door opening onto a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and a dresser. This holiday house has a toilet with a washbasin in the loft and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer on the ground floor, as well as an adjoining sauna (16m²). The apartment is heated with a hot air system.
The house is part of a little estate with an additional residential building belonging to the owner, as well as a shared swimming pool in the garden. There are parking spaces on site.

There is a larger supermarket 4km away, which is open all week, as well as a German restaurant with a beer garden (8km), where you can also purchase homemade German bratwurst.
