Characteristic vacation apartment in a small medieval fortified borgo in a dominant position overlooking a valley, about 7 km from Todi. Ideal starting point to visit the most beautiful towns of Umbria and Tuscany. Quiet position. Guests have access to a private equipped garden (about 50 sqm) and to common outdoor areas of 3000 sqm with pool in a well kept equipped garden. Covered parking space. For communal use: washing machine and dryer (coin operated) in the watchtower. In the borgo there are also accommodations IUP394 - IUP754 - IUP637 - IUP398- IUS156.

    “Appartamento ideale per 2 persone, disposto su 3 piani e luminoso nonostante sia stato ricavato da una
    precedente costruzione del '500 (ottima la ristrutturazione).
    Non manca nulla, solo il televisore (ma c'e' la presa TV) per chi non si vuole completamente immergere
    in un contesto "antico".
    Anche esternamente si puo' disporre di spazio verde abbastanza isolato dal passaggio di altre persone
    residenti nel borgo medioevale.”

    “Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen den Tatsachen. Die Ausstattung ist bestens, die Lage als Teil dieses mittelalterlichen "Steindorfes" ist sehr schön, der Pool ist schön gelegen und groß genug für ein paar Schwimmzüge, die Anlage im Gesamten sehr gut in Schuss.
    Man sollte Katzen und Vogelgezwitscher und auch Tauben mögen... man sitzt einfach mitten in der Natur. Wir waren im Mai vor Ort und nur 2 Wohnungen waren belegt...wer die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Ab und an ein wenig Geräusche von der Landwirtschaft, etwas schlechte Straßen, um zum Einkauf oder Besichtigungen zu kommen... aber im Urlaub hat man ja Zeit. Torre Gentile besteht aus ein paar Häusern, einer Kirche und das war es.”

    “Sehr gepflegtes Anwesen in absolut ruhiger Lage. Ideal zum Entspannen. Das Appartement ist funktionell ausgestattet und verfügt über einen kleinen individuellen Garten. Zusätzlich ist die Ferienanlage mit Gemeinschaftspool und -garten ausgestattet.Schöne Ausflugsziele in relativ kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Ein Fahrzeug ist jedoch unbedingt erforderlich, da sich das Anwesen in der Nähe eines kleinen Weilers auf dem Land befindet. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen wäre, die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit mit der uns die Hausverwalter empfangen haben.”
