Berth (up to 7 m long) from the owner and boat trips with the owner on request.

Barbat. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday Flats RAB BAR 014 and RAB BAR 034 (each for 5 persons) are located in the same building. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

air conditioning. Facilities: baby cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Barbat: boat launch 10 m, diving 1000 m and boat rental 200 m. tennis, mini golf each 5 km in Rab. From the garden you have access to the beach directly.
