This house is in a quiet bay in the north-west of the island of Hvar.
Large property with 3 apartments fully equipped (2 studios and a large apartment with two bedrooms). They can accommodate between eight and fifteen people in total. Each apartment has free air conditioning, satellite TV and free wireless Internet access. The bathrooms provide a bath, WC and washbasin.
The 1000m² plot of land lies slightly higher than the other houses in the surroundings. It is also enclosed and provides a shared swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful terrace, which also has a grill and a summer kitchen. Near the studios there are free and private parking spaces.
There is the possibility to rent the 6 m long boat with outboard motor Yamaha 8 HP, a couple of electric motorcycles with 2 and 3 wheels or mountain bikes, a free safe berth, catering possible, airport transfer. Your transport can be organized from the airport and back or anywhere around and on the island.

A complete villa, ideal for families and friends
The villa is located 80 m from the sea in the quiet cove Pribinja surrounded with abundant vegetation. Extraordinary sea views. The villa is on two floors and provides two studio apartments on the ground floor and a large apartment on the first floor.
The 20 m² small studio with a living room-kitchen has a sofa, a dining table and the possibility to set up two mattresses on a gallery. The kitchen corner provides all the necessary electrical appliances including a microwave. The bathroom has a shower. Air conditioning is available in the living room. The second studio of 20m² with a living room-kitchen has a corner sofa (a sofa bed for two people) measuring 180 x 200cm, a dining table and the possibility to add a supplementary bed for a third person. The kitchen unit provides all the essential electrical appliances. There is air conditioning in the living room. The large apartment has a separate entrance and provides 60m² of living space. It consists of two bedrooms each with a double bed (190 x 200cm). In the living room with a dining table there is a sofa bed for two people measuring 180 x 200cm. The kitchen provides all the basics, as well as a dish washer. The living room and kitchen have air conditioning. The bathroom provides a bath. If you are more than six people, up to two supplementary beds can be provided. Free wireless Internet access is available.
In front of the studios there are a terraces with garden furniture. The terrace and the balcony belonging to the large apartment total another 60m². The vegetation provides plenty of natural shade.
A large bocce game court, table tennis court with all equipment included in the price of accomodation as well as infinity swimming pool, Jacuzzi bath for 6 people, darts, mountain bikes, electric bikes, electric scooters and various exercise equipment.
