This quietly situated house with its three-star and four-star apartments and studios is surrounded by a 400m² site and is near the forest, not far from the marina (300 metres away).

All the apartments have central heating in all rooms and air conditioning with a cooling function in the hallway or in the living room (included in the rental price). Satellite TV and free wireless Internet access are also provided, the latter in the house and in the garden.
The house has a private parking area with several spaces. The grill area with a brick-built outdoor grill and sitting area is for the use of all guests. This grill terrace can be illuminated at night. Each apartment also has its own furnished balcony.

The beach is a kilometre away and it is 2.5km to the centre. A supermarket, restaurants, nightclubs, a bakery, a pharmacy and an ATM can be found within 150 to 200 metres from the house, within easy walking distance. Another advantage is its proximity to the airport, just 10km away.

Holiday apartment with a balcony, for five people

This four-star apartment is on the second floor. It provides 58m² of living space and can accommodate five people. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room-kitchen and a bathroom. The first bedroom has three single beds and the second has two single beds. All the beds measure 90 x 200cm. Each bedroom also has a wardrobe, a desk and a mirror. The bathroom has a window and comprises a shower, WC, washing machine, ironing board, iron and washbasin with mirror. The living room-kitchen has a dining space with a round table and four chairs. The TV is on a shelf behind it. On the other side of the table there is the kitchen unit equipped with a gas stove, oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The air conditioning unit is in the hallway.
