This charming and elegant holiday house is located right beside the sea in the small village of Prigradica and is the right choice for your dream holiday. The house is surrounded by beautiful glass railings that allow an unobstructed view of the ocean from each terrace. The ground floor has a comfortable living area with kitchen and direct access to the terrace and a bedroom with a bathroom. The upper floor has three more bedrooms with bathrooms and a living room with a terrace. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea, the island of Hvar and the Peljesac peninsula from the terrace on the first floor. There is a rocky beach a few steps down the house. A pebble beach and a small cafe where you can drink the local wine Plavac are about 100 metres away.
